Education staff in Planet Zoo 2

Educators are the staff who deliver the talks at habitat viewpoints, on guided tours, and at education speakers. Educators are hired from the Staff menu and assigned to Work Zones that overlap the relevant habitats and amenities. Educator pay is comparable to keeper pay, but the workload is different: educators spend most of their time in front of guests rather than inside the habitat. Educator Work Zones are best kept small and centred on a few habitats so each talk covers a complete welfare story. Educators quit when the zone is too large or the pay is too low, and a staff collapse cuts education delivery on top of the welfare and queue issues.
